• New Regulation for Shipments Destined to India

     As per the new regulations in India, all express non-document shipments destined to India will need to include both a KYC form (Know Your Customer) and an Authorization letter provided by the receivers upon clearance.

    Consignees will receive a link to fill out the KYC by email and SMS, once their incoming shipments are processed in our system. Therefore, please make sure to provide complete and accurate data before sending your shipments, and include the consignee’s email under the receiver’s reference field on the waybill. Receivers will only be required to provide the KYC when receiving shipments for the first time through all routing, as these details will be saved in our system based on the receiver’s Registered Telephone Number and Email ID.

    Please note that absence of the KYC form or the Authorization documents may cause a delay in the clearance process of incoming shipments to India.
